Do I need to book an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, Mad Lillies Gents operates primarily by appointment to ensure every gentleman receives our full, undivided attention. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance via our website or by calling us directly.
How long does a signature haircut and beard trim usually take?
Quality cannot be rushed. A standard haircut and styling session typically takes 45 minutes, while a combined haircut and beard grooming ritual takes approximately 75 minutes. This allows time for our signature consultation and hot towel service.
What premium products do you use in the salon?
We curate only the finest international grooming brands. All our treatments use sulfate-free, organic-base pomades, beard oils, and skin treatments designed specifically for men’s hair textures and skin types.
Is there parking available at the salon?
Yes, we provide convenient parking options for our clients to ensure your visit is stress-free from the moment you arrive.
Do you offer services for children?
Yes, we offer “Junior Gentleman” services. We believe in teaching the next generation the importance of grooming in a sophisticated environment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. We kindly ask for at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations so that we may offer the chair to another gentleman on our waiting list.
